ABOUT THE FACTORY PERFORMANCE AND FITNESS
Here at The Factory, we believe that with the proper mental and physical training, combined with adequate nutritional information, we can provide our customers with the tools necessary to achieve maximum performance at any level of competition.
We believe that with hard work and dedication, our clients will achieve the lean body mass they desire. Our programs also target the mental aspect of training to promote focus, motivation and confidence.
Our facility is located convienently in Brea, California, less than a mile away from the 57 freeway. Our space is suited to hold both large and small group training classes, along with a personal training session all at the same time!
Our 4500 square feet facility is complete with turf, for speed and agility work, and rubber flooring, to allow our athletes to use olympic lifting techniques for explosive strength. Our space also contains multiple squat racks, dumbells, medicine balls, hurdles, sleds, bands, and much more!
Not only does our property boast an outside region with straightaways, for access to unlimited room for longer speed work, but we are also complete with an upstairs personal training area. This area includes everything that you need in order to take yourself to the next fitness level, such as a core/warm up station and a message therapy table (available by appointment only) just to name a few!

LA HABRA HIGH SCHOOL-SAN DIEGO STATE-DENVER BRONCOS
Currently a Denver Bronco, Hillman holds his college freshman record for rushing at a notable 1,532 yards. Ronnie in college was ranked second nationally averaging 138.8 yds per game. Keep your eye out for Ronnie Hillman's additional career accomplishments, as he is already a two time AFC champion (2013,2015) and a Super Bowl champion (50).
With a record of 24-3-1, Bryce trained hard for his title fight against Shane Oblonsky. After taking a year and a half off, Bryce proved that hard work definitely pays off. A recipient of the MTAA title, Krause is someone who knows, from experience, where hard work and dedication can take you.
LA MIRADA HIGH SCHOOL-UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS
In 2011, he ranked as the 40th-best player in the state of California, the 65th-best offensive tackle in the nation and was named the second-team all-Southern Section. Also, Peters was as a three-year letterwinner as an offensive lineman, along with his team being 7-4 his senior season. In his junior season the team went 13-1 and won its second straight Suburban League title and a CIF-Southern Section Southern Division championship. Keep watch for Byran this year at university level competition.
