ADULT TRAINING

Our adult program entails a "CUT & GAIN" program. This allows our clients' workouts to be ran simultaneously, while taking into account each of their differing fitness goals. The highlights of our adult classes include aspects of mobility, flexibility, strength and stamina. BOOTCAMP PROGRAM 

The Adult classes are held in a small-group setting to create a sense of community and commitment. Our program is specifically designed for maximum caloric burn while giving you all the benefits of strength gain and muscle tone along the way. These exercises and programs will give you a continued metabolic fat burn effect, up to 72 hours after you're done with the workout. The Adult classes are held in a small-group setting to create a sense of community and commitment. Our workouts are structured to help you gain muscle and overall strength, all while creating a healthy body.

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS Private individual training sessions

Take advantage of our knowledgeable trainers in order to accomplish your fitness goals! Whether it is weight loss, strength gain, or injury rehabilitation, our staff is prepared to guide you through your health needs. Individual sessions are made by appointment only, so please contact The Factory ahead of time to schedule your physical assessment

FAMILY SESSIONS 

We have semi-private family classes that are available, focusing on a healthy family bond through physical workouts. We believe that a family that works out together is far more likely to have a strong and healthier relationship. Our family program is progressive in nature and is modified according to the fitness levels of each family member.
