ALL LEVELS RANGING FROM YOUTH TO COLLEGIATE

 If you are looking to be the next game changer, our program is for you! The Factory uses a program called ATHLETES QUEST, which is the core foundation of all our other branch programs including Rookies Quest, Elites Quest and team training sessions. Not only has this program been used for 15 years, but it has successfully given our athletes a competitive edge, allowing them to play for prestigious teams in the NCAA and other competitive collegiate leagues. Our ATHLETES QUEST program promotes speed, strength and agility, while creating a renewed sense of mental confidence and a healthy competitive spirit!

OUR ATHLETIC PROGRAMS

ELITE PROGRAM (LEVEL 3)

This athlete-specific program is designed to cater to the unique needs, desires, and skill sets of individual athletes. The ELITE athletic program is held in a small-group setting and ELITE athletes will receive individualized workouts for each session. Each ELITE athlete’s workouts are closely monitored and are updated every 8 weeks according to the athlete’s progression. Sport specific, semi-private and private one-on-one lessons are made by appointment only. 

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM (LEVEL 2-3)

If you're looking to be the next game changer, our program is for you! The Factory provides classes for student athletes of all stages looking to up their game in their chosen sport and surround themselves with other like-minded individuals. Our program is designed to prepare athletes for competition. During these classes, athletes will be exposed to important training program characteristics, such as dynamic warm-ups, proper running mechanics, quickness, maximum speed, resistance running, speed ladder drills, agility training, functional strength, flexibility, proper lifting techniques, core/pillar training, plyometrics, balance training and positive reinforcement. 

ROOKIE PROGRAM (LEVEL 1)

Our Rookie Program is designed to keep your youngest athlete healthy and active during the summer! We will teach proper movement mechanics, running, coordination, and injury prevention, all while keeping the workouts fun and exciting. 

TEAM & INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

The Factory offers sport specific team training. Over the years, we have trained and developed numerous top level high school and club teams from all over the country. From football, soccer, softball, basketball, lacrosse and more, our staff is equipped with the expertise to help your team take their speed, power, and confidence to the next level. The Factory also offers individual training for both male and female athletes, as well as adults, at any level. 

Includes power yoga, piyo, and yoga flow. Taught by the renowned Debra Weber Biegert, our yoga classes focus on bodily postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Not only will this allow for a release of muscle tension, but an improvement in flexibility, performance, and range of motion. Our yoga session is an excellent method of combining both physical conditioning and focused concentration and will improve your game, both physically and mentally.
