After working in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years, she has realized the tremendous benefits yoga and fitness classes offer in meeting the needs for physical & mental health, relaxation, stress management, and optimal health.  It is her desire to instruct with an uplifting and encouraging approach, providing variations & modifications for each individual.


In High School, Debra was a National level competitive swimmer and was awarded a scholarship to swim for a D1 University. She has been a Certified Fitness Instructor since 1996 and has taught yoga for 10+ years now. She is proud to offer FREE classes for the first month to all single parents as a way to give back to the community.


Debra has completed the filming of her own Yoga DVD Series in order to meet the needs of everyone, making yoga possible for anyone on a daily basis. She believes that fitness can be possible for everyone! Please contact a member of our staff if you are interested in purchasing one of her DVD's.
