Join The Factory for our ROOKIE PROGRAM !

Our Rookie Program is designed to keep your youngest athlete healthy and active during the summer! We will teach proper movement mechanics, running, coordination, and injury prevention, all while keeping the workouts fun and exciting. 

 

Please join us this summer every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 11 am at The Factory for the Rookie Program. 

Attention Athletes!

The Factory offers an additional class during the summer months. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 am to 9 am to get your workout in early!
